Mixed corticotropic and somatotropic pituitary adenoma: A case report

چکیده
Multi-secreting pituitary adenomas are relatively rare. The mixed somatotropic and corticotropic adenoma is very most widely described association that coupling hypersecretion of GH prolactin. We report the case a patient with bi-secreting ACTH. He was 28-year-old admitted for tumor syndrome, cushing syndrome. hormonal assessment found dependent ACTH other hypothalamohypophysial axes were without abnormality. hypothesis raised. brain scan confirmed diagnosis by showing macroadenoma supra-sellar development infiltration cavernous sinus. After trans-sphenoidal surgery, there complete regression ofcushing pathology examination showed adenoma; at immunohistochemistry cells expressing anti-ACTH anti - antibodies KI 67 1%.
